shareholder enquiries
Enquiries concerning shareholdings, change of address or other particulars should be directed in the first instance to the Company’s Registrars, Equiniti Limited (telephone number 0871 384 2758*). They also provide a range of online shareholder information services at www.shareview.co.uk where shareholders can elect to receive future reports and accounts electronically, check their holdings and find practical help on transferring shares and updating personal details.
If you have an enquiry about the Company’s business, or about something affecting you as a shareholder (other than those issues mentioned above), you should contact the Company Secretary at the Company’s registered office address.
dividends
Having dividends paid direct to a shareholder’s bank accounts avoids the risk of the cheque being lost and incurring a replacement fee, saves time in presenting the cheque for payment and allows for the dividend to be credited to the shareholder’s nominated account on the payment date. The tax voucher is sent to the shareholder’s address shown on the share register at the same time the payment is credited to the shareholder’s account. Shareholders can set up a new dividend mandate by visiting www.shareview.co.uk or by contacting the Registrars by telephone or mail.
share price information
The latest price of Scott Wilson Group plc shares is available from the Company’s investor relations website at www.scottwilson.com. Daily share price listings are shown in The Financial Times, The Times, The Scotsman and The Glasgow Herald within the Support Services sector.
amalgamation of accounts
Shareholders who receive duplicate sets of Company mailings owing to multiple accounts in their name should write to the Registrar to have their accounts amalgamated.
unsolicited mail
The Company is obliged by law to make its share register available to other organisations who may then use it for a mailing list. If you wish to limit the receipt of unsolicited mail you may do so by registering with The Mailing Preference Services (MPS). MPS will then notify the bodies which support its services that you do not wish to receive unsolicited mail. Registration can be made at www.mpsonline.org.uk or in writing to The Mailing Preference Service (MPS), Freepost 29 LON20771, London W1E 0ZT.
